HR 2306, the Ending Federal Marijuana Prohibition Act of 2011 has been languishing in the U.S. House of Representatives all summer. GOP Congressman Lamar Smith continues to refuse to give the bill a hearing in his committee, but on the bright side, the bill now has 17 co-sponsors in the House of Representatives.
