Sacramento County Supes Debate Cannabis Cultivation, Dispensaries

The Sacramento County Board of Supervisors is looking at a medical marijuana ordinance that would change how the county deals with cannabis. As of now, dispensaries and cultivation are not allowed within county limits. On Tuesday’s agenda is an emergency ordinance that would allow dispensaries and the cultivation for cannibis for medical purposes, but with strict limitations. Growing marijuana would only be allowed inside the home or an accessory structure such as a garage or shed.
